In the next step, we will photograph and scan your car for any codes to assess its condition on arrival. If possible, we will test drive your car to evaluate the issue. When you agree to an appropriate diagnostic fee, we will inspect your vehicle for your main complaint(s) and check for other possible problems. We then generate an estimate for the repairs after researching the standard hours of labor and the parts required to make the repairs. You can then decide which repairs you wish to proceed with.

We then make the repairs you approve. After the completion of the repairs, we verify that the repairs corrected the vehicle's issue(s) by test driving the vehicle and scanning the car again for any codes. While we work to repair your car, if needed, we can provide a loaner vehicle for you to keep you moving.

After the completion of the repairs, we will test drive your car to confirm the repair(s). You can then come by to pick up your car.
